1. How can I enroll to become a Rider?
You can download the DELIVERYWALE app, register and visit us at our office and our team will be happy to guide you through the registration process.
2. How much time does it take to complete the enrollment process?
Enrollment processes vary depending on whether you want to be a Full-Time Rider (FTR) or a Part-Time Rider (PTR). However, the process is quick and easy, and takes two hours at most from walk-in to enrollment.
3. Do all riders have to ride full-time for company?
No, we offer several part-time riding options for riders. We can give you a breakdown of our options at the time of enrollment.
4. Is there any amount that I need to pay to enroll as a rider?
As an expression of interest and commitment to collaborate with us, we collect INR 1000 as a Refundable Enrollment Deposit (RED) from each rider candidate. Once a rider completes two full weeks riding for company, he becomes eligible to claim the RED back. We return this amount even if the rider wishes to quit being a company rider.
Apart from this, company also invests a lot on providing several accessories to its riders, such as passenger helmets, mobile chargers, T-shirts and delivery bags to riders. We collect a nominal charge as a refundable caution deposit for providing these accessories to riders.
5. What are the documents that need to be submitted during the registration process?
To complete enrollment successfully, we require photocopies of:
- A valid driver’s license
- Registration Certificate (RC book)
- Valid insurance documents
- Aadhar card
- Bank statement or passbook (first page only)
6. How much can I earn in a month as a Rider?
The earnings of a rider varies based on their hours of engagement with us. Earnings range from as low as Rs. 5000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. Our executives will be more than happy to explain how our trip incentives and fuel allowances add to the earning potential of riders and how they can work toward realizing them.
7. How will I be paid?
We pay riders beginning with the third week of their engagement with us. To make it easy for them, we have now started paying for their fuel allowances from the second week that they come live on the field.
